Here is a coyote rib bone necklace, the only of its kind, with a wax seal as its pendant. The pendant can be worn front or back as each is beautiful. The ribs are delicate if you chew on them but rather sturdy otherwise. They frame the wearer's neck quite charmingly, if I do say so myself!
The ribs are, indeed, real bone. I had to drill them by hand with a jeweler's drill and then place the hooks so I could anchor them within the bone itself. My hand hurt quite badly from it!
